Kumaran groups Online shopping shall solely be responsible for fulfillment of all the orders placed by you including but not limited to invoicing, receipt of payment, delivery, exchange and returns of the products, after-sales service or support (if any), etc.,

Purchase Policy:

1. We are committed to ensuring customers’ 100% Purchase Protection by offering genuine products, secure payments and easy returns for items shopped on https://kumarangroups.com/.
2. The images and colours of the products shown in Other Advertisements are for illustrative purposes and creative representation only and may vary from the actual products.
3. The offers, discounts, and other promotional offers displayed in Other Advertisements may vary for the customers based on factors relating to the customer such as usage of the platform, the volume of transactions, time spent on the platform, city, place of residence, time, etc.
4. Kumaran groups reserve the right to amend or discontinue any offers/deals/discounts at their sole discretion and without prior intimation to any Users.

Order, Pricing & Payment Policy:

1. You agree to pay the full amount payable for the Product as indicated during the order process, including any shipping costs or other additional charges incurred with that order. All prices are displayed and are payable in Indian National Rupees.
2. Kumaran groups may not accept your order for Products if (a) the item/s is/are out of stock; (b) Kumaran groups Online is unable to obtain authorization for your payment; (c) shipping restrictions apply to a particular Product / Location; (d) Kumaran groups Online finds a Product or pricing error, or for any other reason at Kumaran groups  Online’ s sole discretion.
3. In any of these situations, Kumaran groups Online will inform you that your order has not been accepted, will not process your payment, and will not be liable to you or any third party because we decided to decline to process an order, or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
4. While availing any of the payment method(s) available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:

• Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
• Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by You and between “Bank/s”, or

• Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

5. All payment transactions are subject to validation by the issuer as applicable. If the issuer of your payment instrument(s) refuses to authorize payment, Kumaran groups have the right to cancel the order. Kumaran Group Online cannot be held responsible if this should result in a delay in dispatching your goods/Products.
6. All billing and registration information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms. By confirming your purchase at the end of the process, you agree to accept and pay for the item/s requested.
7. The exact price will be applicable at the time of the billing process, the price may be revised based on the market’s determined rate. Kumaran groups are not responsible for the price variation.
8. Once the order is placed and confirmed by the company the price changes will not be applicable. We can deliver the product as per the billing process.
9. Kumaran groups reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to limit the quantity/value of items purchased per person per household or order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

1. Once the order is confirmed the Kumaran groups can arrange to deliver any Products that you have purchased, you shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate postal details.
2. Kumaran groups Online is not responsible for any delays in the shipping of your ordered and purchased Product/s, lost or missing Product/s, or the incorrect delivery of the Product/s to you, which is due to your fault or due to inaccurate, false, or incomplete information provided by you.
3. Free Standard Shipping is available on orders above Rs 1000 or 5 kilometers in radius based on the delivery area Pin code from Kumaran group’s location.
4. Shipping charges will be applicable and calculated at the time of checkout based on the delivery area Pin code, order value, weight, and dimensions of your order.
5. If the customers receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please reach us immediately at onlinekumarangroups@gmail.com  and arrange for the faulty Product to be returned to us.

Return & Cancellation policy :

1. Kumaran groups online shopping wants you to be pleased with your purchase, and so if for any valid reason you are not completely satisfied, Kumaran groups will accept a return of your purchase, subject to terms and conditions for returns mentioned in the Returns & cancellation policy Process.
2. Products purchased through the Website should be returned new, unused, in their original packaging and with the original invoice and all Product tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted by Kumaran groups and may be sent back to you.
3. To be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 days along with an invoice bill and mentioned the valid reason for returning the products.
4. We will arrange to pick up the product to initiate the money refund after confirmation with our team that the product must be in the same condition that you received unused, undamaged in the original packaging, and in good condition.
5. For cancellation of the order within 2 hours will be 100% refundable in case of delay in the cancellation amount to be reduced and returned by 50% to the customers.
6. For cancellation of the order, the amount of 2% Gateway services charges will be deducted, and return the balance of money to the customers as per the return policy.
7. Once delivery and shipment details are confirmed, the customer cannot cancel the product and Kumaran groups cannot refund the money but they can exchange other products with prior approval.
8. All payments made by you towards correctly returned Products will be refunded as per the Refund Process period of 7-10 business working days based on the Bank.
9. Please note card refunds may take up to 15 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and Kumaran groups Online shall not be liable for any delays in refund by card companies or banks. Kumaran groups Online offer no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customer’s card/bank accounts. This is because of the multiplicity of organizations that evolved in processing online transactions, the problems with the Internet infrastructure currently available, and the working days/holidays of financial institutions.

Warranty Policy:

1. The consumable goods will not cover any warranty unless the manufacturer provided the warranty for the particular product
2. If the products are covered under the warranty period from the date of purchase or the conditions mentioned by the manufacturer whichever is earlier will be applicable.
3. Kumaran & Co has an authorized service center customers can also reach out and get help with the warranty service.
4. Based on the products the seller/manufacturer provides a warranty as per the scheduled terms and conditions
5. Kumaran & co is not responsible for unauthorized installation or other local services before covering the warranty period time.
6. All warranty policies are subject to manufacturers terms & conditions.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity (பொறுப்பு மற்றும் இழப்பீடு வரம்பு)

1. You agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold Kumaran groups online, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, group companies, agents, contractors, and licensors harmless concerning any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Website or any of the Services, your non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations in the jurisdiction in which you are accessing the Website or the Services, or any action taken by Kumaran groups online shopping as part of its investigation of a suspected violation of these Terms or as a result of its finding or decision that a violation of these Terms has occurred.
2. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Kumaran groups and its affiliates and group companies and from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to any breach by you of these Terms or any other terms and conditions on the Website.
3. These terms and any other terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Pollachi.
