What if the product I received is damaged?
If the product you have received is a damaged product, we request you to call our customer support team immediately for initiating a return for the product. However, please note that any product noticed as "Received in Physically Damaged Condition, Damage upon Delivery" or "Missing Accessories/Items in Box" has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery and without activating the product for it to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 24 hours or if a product is activated will not be accepted.
